    • Weight loss, cachexia
    • Mass in loin
    • New varicocoele on left (as left gonadal vein is longer and thus more easily compressed)

  • Urine dipstick
  • FBC, LFTs
  • Imaging: USS / CT
  • CXR: cannonball pulmonary metastases
