1. Oxygen
2. Morphine 2.5-10mg iv + Metoclopramide 10mg iv
3. GTN s/l (or GTN infusion 1ml/hr - titrate to BP)
4. Aspirin 300mg +/- Clopidogrel 300mg (if ACS)
5. Therapeutic dose enoxaparin (1.5mg/kg)
